There are so many dishes you can make with meatballs. In this recipe I made turkey meatballs and then made a creamy garlic sauce. Served over mafalda pasta.
Turkey Meatballs:
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup panko crumbs mixed with 2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup finely minced onions
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsbp. ketchup
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
*Mix above ingredients well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before forming balls.
Form meatballs 1-2" diamter - about size of golfball. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the balls.
Mine took 15 minutes.
Sauce:
1 medium diced onion
1 cup diced mushrooms
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
2 cups baby spinach
4-5 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup cream
salt and black pepper

Looks fantastic. Love the sauce.
Nice and creamy! Looks good!
This sounds delicious I would have to use chicken as we don’t really get a lot of turkey here in South Africa. Upvoted and followed:)
