I came across an excellent deal on this brand and particular flavor of yogurt, so I made a whole batch. I used an icing bag, the disposable kind, and cut a small opening in the end. I first tried to make just yogurt drops, but found it hard. Then i thought ice cube trays. It made 65 - 10 gram yogurt cubes, from a 650 gram container of yogurt. I filled each empty cube with yogurt, using the icing bag, filling it with the yogurt, then froze the ice cube trays. I fit 108 frozen yogurt cubes on each tray. Just like the apples, they were gone quickly, they are so good. I did save some to create some baking recipes though :) The first photo shows the frozen yogurt popped out from the ice cube tray, then lined up onto the freezedry trays. The next 2 photos show the freezedried yogurt after 38 hours of full cycle on the freezedry machine. They are dry, crunchy, and melt in your mouth. They can be powdered for cereal or smoothies. Also, add powered as a flavoring in icing for cake.
