Info:This gelatin attracts a lot of attention because of the combination of colors, it is incredible to see them all ordered in a beautiful and even way, in Venezuela this gelatin is present in the birthdays, there is no cake that does not see this beautiful creation , when seeing it it can seem very difficult to prepare, but when seeing the recipe they will realize that it is not asi. With five boxes of gelatin, of different flavors, you can achieve this dish that will please anyone just by looking at it.
Ingredients:
4 gelatin sachets, of different flavors
6 sachets of unflavored gelatine, divided
5 - 3/4 cups of boiling water, divided
1 can of condensed milk
1/4 cup of cold water
preparation:
In a small bowl, mix the contents of 1 sachet of flavored gelatin and 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin. Pour 1 cup of boiling water, when the gelatin powder is well dissolved, place it in a previously oiled container and take it to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. In another small bowl, combine the condensed milk with 1 cup of boiling water. In a third container, pour 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin with the cold water. Wait 1 minute and then pour 3/4 cup of boiling water. Now pour this content over the container that has the condensed milk. This will be the mixture that will separate the layers of different flavors and colors of gelatin. Take a cup of that creamy mixture and pour it over the first layer of flavored gelatin that you had prepared in the first step. Refrigerate for 25 minutes. Repeat the first step of this recipe twice, with two different flavors, of course. Remember that between each one you must place a layer of the condensed milk mixture and that you must refrigerate for 25 minutes between a layer of flavored gelatin and another one so that it sets well. When you have finished the last layer, refrigerate for at least 1 hour, if you want, you can cut the colored gelatin into small squares to transform it into a fun snack for the children.
