Looks good, whatever it is. I like the thought put into the presentation of the dishes. I wonder how negative the impact would be for a restaurant to serve the exact same food on cheap paper plates. Similarly, how would a fast-food restaurant do if their presentation was better. There is a movie (called Demolition Man) where in the future, Taco Bell actually becomes a high-end restaurant. It is satire, but based on the same thinking.

I think presentation is probably value add here. Most michelin like to show the fancy extras as excuse to charge quite more money for not that much better tasting food. Some people like all the extras, like service, presentation, environment / atmosphere. Like you say the high end restaurant is a question of perspective, maybe more high end places should be this kind like taco bell.
