I needed to fill the void of my desire for potato fries. It has been three months since I have embraced the golden starch-laden root vegetable and tonight led to this delicious alternative!
Here is my simple recipe:
Step 1. Chop up a bunch of peeled carrots into 'fries.'
Step 2. Coat in olive oil and bake until roasted at 400 degrees. Mine took about 40 minutes, at the 20 minute mark I flipped the carrots over and rotated the tray.
Step 3. Serve with sprinkled rock salt.
Enjoy!
