Ingredients:
60g ground porridge oats
60g plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
240ml soya milk
2 tsp. sweetener
1 ripe banana

How to make:
Blend the banana and the milk until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until all is mixed.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and spray a bit of oil to make sure the mix doesn't stick.
Pour in the batter (about 25ml) and move the pan around to make sure the mix is quite thin.
Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear, flip over and cook for a further 30 seconds until all the mixture has solidified.
transfer to a plate and repeat for the rest of the mixture.
