Another quick, affordable & healthy addition to breakfast
Tropical breakfast smoothie
125ml mango/orange just juice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 chopped banana
1/4 cup chopped coconut or dried coconut flakes
3 tsp honey
1/2 teaspoon ginger (optional).
Blitz everything in a blender till smoothly combined.
Add more yogurt if u want a thicker shake.
Enjoy!
This sounds like a yummy breakfast :) I like making smoothies in the morning, I just usually go for banana and berries in my smoothies. This might be a nice change to that thought!
Berries are also very healthy with some great anti-oxidant benefits. You could definitely add it to the mix.
