Hooray! I figured whether by choice or avoiding flirting with death(by farts, in his case), someone would be looking for grain-free. This was my first go with making my own almond flour, I typically will just use a gluten-free flour like Bob's mill that is 1:1 for wheat flour, and that is much finer and drier than fresh ground almonds so I would be interested to hear how this recipe goes for you however you try...although I think those bananas are what haunted me. Thanks for checking it out.
