I just bought powdered beet root to attempt to sneak it in, as I have not enjoyed the ways I have tried the more whole food. Smoothies were my initial idea, but I was also thinking about attempting to bake with it. Perhaps a strawberry rhubarb beetroot crumble will be my next experiment. Any other ways you use beets?
