Palacsinta - Hungarian Rolled Crepes

in #food26 days ago

Hello Friends!

Yesterday I got a call from the hospital, letting me know what time I have to check in at the surgical reception and whatnot. Man, the nerves are wrecked even more, I feel. I don't think I will ever be ready for this kind of thing. Wedding day, giving birth, all feel like nothing compare to this now 😅 Until more nerve wrecking thing comes a long, I guess 😅

Let's just share recipe, enough crazies in my head, renting free 😅

My youngest was asking his grandma to make this Hungarian Pancake, but grandma didn't really give an answer, and he kept begging, so this momma to the rescue 😊

I didn't know what “Palacsinta” was, the name pronounced in Spanish is very cute (sounds similar to say "for the ribbon") 😊 Thanks for sharing the recipe and how cool that your mom helped you! Grandmas are sometimes a little leery with their recipes but I totally get it! 🍰

I'm the mom 😉

I do like the sound of palacsinta...as the ending, the csinta, sounds simialr to a word from Indonesia, Cinta (without the s), and it means love 😊
