Martabak Panggang (Baked Beef Curry Omelet)

I prepared myself of going to ER this morning actually. My tummy has been hurting for 3 days. The feeling is dull but also sharp. I guess I am still healing inside πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« I feel okay for now, hence I went straight home after dropping off boys at school. Here is crossing fingers all good now 🀞

For today's recipe share, it's like baked omelet, but with lots of spices πŸ˜‰

500 g lean ground beef
1-2 Green cardamom
1-2 White cardamom
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
1/2 tsp each ground coriander, and ground cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and cayenne powder
1 large onion, dice
1 beef cubes
10 eggs
1 tsp BSoda
1 tbsp crushed chives
1 tbsp sliced green onion
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder

Acar bawang for serving (fresh cucumber pickles salad)

Crush cardamom, mustard seeds and coriander seeds, then dry fry or toast them with the rest of the spices

Brown the beef then stir in onion and beef cubes, cook for 2-3 minutes

Preheat oven to 400 F and grease a rectangular pan, set aside

Whip the eggs until fluffy then fold in the rest of the ingredients

Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes

Serve with fresh cucumber pickles salad 😍
