Super Good Blondies (White Brownies)

Thursday already, hey. How time flies. It's been warm this past week, I truly like it, however, next week it will return to below zero degrees again, darn it. I can't wait to rail out all of these indoor plants in have, for some sunny days. They so longing them 🤭

Any new movies/TV series suggestion(s)? I just finished Good Girl's Guide To Murder. It was good IMO.

For today's recipe share, give this blondies a try. Superb. If you like brownies, blondies are the next best thing 😍

2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp double acting BP
A pinch of salt
2/3 c dark brown sugar
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c ghee
1/2 c unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanila essence
2/3 c heavy crean
A handful walnut pieces
100 g white chocolate
1/2 c blanched almond slices
1 c Semi sweet chocolate chips

In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to combine well, set to side

Chop walnut and white chocolate roughly, set to side

Preheat oven to 375 F

In another bowl, cream, sugars, ghee, butter, until pale, then beat in eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla, followed with heavy cream, mix until completely combined

Fold in walnut, choc chips, white choc, and almond slices, then spread batter onto parchment lined pan

Bake blondies for 20-25 mins. Cool to room temperature before slicing
