Wow that looks really amazing!! I love what you did with the sweet potatoes. I will have to spirolize some. I have never tried it but I am sure it will be great.

It was a delicious dish! It is sweet potato season, so we enjoy them in a variety of styles. This one is unique & a nice change of pace from our normal steamed sweet potatoes!
