Products:
- 400 g of smoked salmon
- 2 red peppers
- 300 g of fresh baby spinach
- 1 carrot
- ½ parsley connection
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion red onion
- 1 handful of green olives without stone
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 20 ml of balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Clean the vegetables. Cut the parsley. Fish cut into big bites. Wash the spinach and place the leaves in a salad bowl. Cut carrots, olives and peppers into circles. Squeeze the lemon juice.
Stir all ingredients and add the fish. Season with spices, olive oil and vinegar.
