This is a nice dish if you like mushrooms. I like portobello mushrooms. I am not a fan of all mushrooms. But portobellos are quite amazing as they are not chewy or slimy like oyster mushrooms. Voila!
Ingredients: 2 portobello mushrooms (r more!), extra virgin olive oil, 1 vegetables cube without salt, pepper, 1 shot of grapes’ molasses, 1 pinch of oregano, 1 pinch of rosemary, 1 pinch of thyme
It is very a simple recipe... peel the outside of the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Don’t wash the mushrooms as they tend to dispose the good ingredients. Spread them on a small tray. In a cup put a little hot water and dissolve the cube with a small fork. Add olive oil, molasses, herbs and mix well. Bathe your mushrooms and put the tray in a pre-heated in 160-170 C for 20’.
I escorted this side dish to boiled potatoes. You can eat plain, or according to your preferences.
Enjoy!
It looks so rich, I bet it tastes better than some meat. Nice recipe 👍👍
