Made this for supper tonight...Vegan and Organic Baked Teriyaki Tempeh Strips with veggies over a bed of Thai Noodles. This is easy to make and completely meat and dairy free.
Ingredients:
1 -12oz package of Tempeh
Teriyaki sauce of your choice
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Red Peppers
Garlic
Thai Noodles
Slice tempeh into strips and marinate in Teriyaki sauce while you saute the vegetables and boil Thai noodles. Bake the tempeh soaked teriyaki until golden brown on top, in grapeseed oil. Throw everything together and enjoy!
