Hello friends.
Today, i have taken carrots instead of on take any of snacks or fast food. Its won't be tasty but healthy and quite full up your stomack without increasing calories into your body.
That was very simple, just bought from the local market, after that rinse and soak into water, left for few moments to take of all water. Semi peal of all carrots and cut into pieces with knife and boxed with yellow color and white cover.
Its being also sharing with others at my wotking place. Everyone like these type of herbs. Also brought a banana but already into the part finished before i take few photos of it.
