A Milkshake for the grown-ups as it has Vodka, Baileys and Kahlua :-)

I first found this Milkshake Cocktail when I was on holiday in Mexico - I got a little carried away and started merrily getting through 5 or 6 of these a day not really think about the 500/600 calories there would have been in each one!!! Needless to say I gained a little weight during our two weeks there!

Now making these is super easy if you have a food blender as it's pretty much a job of chucking everything in to together and hitting the power :-)

The end result is an alcoholic milkshake that oddly reminds you of childhood (In being comforting, rather than suggesting I had alcohol as a child - although.... another story) but is also subtlely flavoured with the warming alcohol to keep you interested.

To make its, you'll need
50ml Baileys Irish Cream
50ml Kahlua (or another coffee liqueur)
50ml Vodka
3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
3 scoops Chocolate ice cream
150ml Single cream
10 ice cubes
Chocolate sauce (optional for serving)

Once made, simply pour, relax and indulge while watching the world go by!

Enjoy everyone.

Big hugs

Sacha xx

I could drink these all day every day around a pool! But must remember to stay strong and limit myself hahaha

Yes, especially with the baileys. It tastes so good you forget it has alcohol in it and them BOOM! it hits you XD. I have to try this recipe :)
