As you know, chutney is an essential component in Indian cuisine and there are a multitude of variety of them. This particular chutney is sweet and sour and is sure to enhance the taste of any chaat (Indian snacks) recipes. This chutney can be made to lean on the sweeter side by the addition of jaggery, but if you want the taste to be more tangy, you could skip the jaggery altogether. One of the coolest thing about this chutney is that it can be stored in a fridge for up to a month and also it can be deep frozen for more than 6 months.

It'll taste good with samosas. Maybe you could do a post on tomato chutney. Western readers can easily buy and process tomatoes, I think. :)
