Thanks for your complement and a great question about the origin. I based this dish off a Chinese dish. I added heat to the dish by using chilies and I added the technique of frying the prawn heads before stir frying the dish. Now, I'm going to check out your content. Thanks again.

Thanks @chefsteve! Being in Asia at the moment, we're loving all the different flavors from the different varieties of dishes.
The frying of the prawn's head first like that is a novelty technique for us, but we're not a big fan of eating prawn heads.
