• It is essential and necessary to know what we put inside our body and what our body needs..
• The other day a friend of mine came to me telling me that she was adding weight,
That she is scared, she don't want to get fat..
I looked at her and laughed, not because of what she said.. But because she is already getting fat,

Now friends, I guess it's time we know what we should eat and when to eat..
•Although, getting fat sometimes is not from what we eat, but what we do..
Some people naturally have that body, but it can be reduced by regular exercise.. Yes, 'regular exercise'..

Breakfast should be a light food, and also, it should be taken before 10am in the morning..
Reason is because after a long sleep at night, the body system.. Needs slight energy to pick up for the day..
Then the Lunch should be a little bit heavy, especially for those that works up to (seven hours a day).. 'while people that works on the sun needs food that contains more of sugar and protein..
Now, after a long day or stressful day.. You are not advised to take heavy food to bed..
Dinner is meant to be light, "but to those that are planning to lose weight,
I will advise you to take more of vegetable or fruits at night, or perhaps.. Stop eating at night.
But if can't, please eat.. 'to avoid ill health.

Now the funny or will I say scary part of food ..is that,
.•It can be nutritious to my body system and dangerous to your body,
Naturally I don't take cucumber, reasons is because i don't like it,
It reacts differently on me, but almost all my friends loves it..

Some people don't like meat.. While others like it, but that doesn't mean it not nutritious to the body..
How to eat
•Eating should be done sitting down, not lying down or standing up..
I know many people don't understand this.. But, it matters..
• Don't eat and lie down immediately, it's harmful and it affects digestion negatively in the body.
• Eat earlier at night, so as to complete digestion, before sleep..
