By the way, why have you fried the egg from both sides? We simply fry them from one side, over here. In the end, it should look like this...

In essence yes lol... but I didn't use butter I used ghee and you gotta bring it up to temp you know when it steams and becomes translucent. I fried it on both sides because I wanted to flip it I also said you can fry it just on one side in the video :-)
