If you have been member of the @spl from the get go, chances are you really enjoy playing poker. And since Lucksacks is an online poker platform, most of us are allowed to play in the comfort of our own homes. However, most of these tournaments start in and around dinner time, so sometimes whipping up an extravagant meal is not that easy. Maybe some of you grab a snack, and eat after the game. Or perhaps some of you grab a burger on the way home from work. While those are all perfectly acceptable options, sometimes you just want some good homemade food.

This is where poker noms steps in, I've scoured the internet and all of my cookbooks for some inspiration. I want to bring you an exciting variety of dishes that are not only homemade, but they are easy on the budget, and won't get in the way of your poker action.

Today I add a fried egg to an already perfect American classic. The B.L.T. If you don't like a simple sandwich from time to time, you are too high maintenance. And if you're going to eat a sandwich, might as well add a little bacon and egg action to it.

Second Dish Up

Fried Egg Bacon, Lettuce, & Tomato Sandwich

Here is what you will need for the most part.

Fry up two eggs, and make sure to leave the yolk nice and loose.

Mayo, yes, mayo. Not butter, mayo.

Don't you dare continue pass this step without adding salt & pepper to the produce.

Bacoooon. Yummmmm. I love you, bacon.

Top that bacon with it's soul mate...

Mayo - told you!!
