Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
1 cup cooked Mexican rice
1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (3-ounce) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Tilapia in Santa Fe Sauce broken into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
salsa, sour cream, and cilantro for serving
Instructions
Place rice, black beans, Tilapia in Santa Fe Sauce, and cheese in the middle of tortilla. (Warm the tortilla first so it will be pliable and won't tear.)
Fold bottom half of tortilla over to meet top half and then pull it back part way to form filling into a roll.
Fold both sides in and roll away from yourself to form a burrito.
Serve with salsa, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
