First of all, thank you for sharing this meal prep idea! I too prepare meals in advance so that

  1. I avoid cheat meal as much as possible
  2. reduces cooking time instead of doing it daily
  3. it helped me lose weight as I stayed on track

One thing I would like to request from you is, share some similar interesting recipes for vegetarians/vegans, which has good amount of protein and fats. Many of my Instagram followers are vegetarians
