Proper balance diet

The food is the ultimate source of nutrient that is the essential factors in maintaining and prevention also cure of disease.

Proper balance of these chemical elements are the essential factors to keep body sound and free from diseases . After consumption of food its final result turns into either an acid or alkaline ash in the body depending on their chemical composition. The normal body chemistry is approximately 20 per cent acid and 80 per cent alkaline that is essential for sound health. Whenever alkalinity of the blood is reduced its ability to transport the carbon dioxide gets reduced . An a result in the accumulation of acid in the tissue. It is called acidosis that produces hunger, indigestion, nausea , vomiting , headache, burning , sensation, pain in the pharynx, , various nervous disorder and drowsiness.
Acidosis is the ground of most diseases, Nephritis, rheumatism, premature old age, high blood pressure, skin disorder. It seriously interfere with the functions of the glands and organs of the body. It lower the vitality of the system, these increasing the danger of infectious disease. All of the problems of the body caused by acidosis.
Acidosis can be controlled by maintaining proper ratio of acid and alkaline food in the diet. Alkaline foods leave alkaline ash result in alkalinity of blood while other foods leave acid ash lower the alkalinity reverse the blood and tissue fluids is the root of all evil.
So it is very important to know every human being what are acidic and alkaline food . If we able to maintain the balance of the acidic and alkaline food in our diet than we are able to keep our body safe and sound.
** Our diet should consist of four-fifth of alkaline forming foods such a
legumes tubers, ripe fruits , leafy and root vegetables etc.
** One-fifth of acid forming foods egg, meat , fish all kind of cereals ,
breads etc.
Whenever a person got acidosis add the higher ratio of alkaline forming foods in his diet the quicker will be the recovery.

Fat soluble vitamins are not destroyed normal cooking can be stored to some extent in human body mostly in liver.
Water soluble vitamin B & C destroyed to some extent by normal cooking can not be stored in body. So it should be taken regularly for its functioning.

It is essential for growth and vitality, grow resistance for respiratory and other infections. It plays role on the eyes, lungs, stomach and intestine, nourishes skin & hair, prevent premature aging, increase life expectancy, and extends youthfulness.
