selection of Raw material
The raw material is a basic content to make any product. Select raw material carefully. Not select damage apple or spoil apple. Chose A grade category of apple.
Washing & cutting
Wash apple carefully and cut in small pieces. Remove peels of apple & remove inedible parts. Because some microorganisms grow on the surface of the apple. So clean!
Heating & add sugar
Pieces of apple convernt in a large pan. Add water 1000 ml in the pan and add sugar in a pan. Take heat to pan and give 30 min
Add pectic powder & food color
Pectin is a water bounding agent . after heat treatment lay down the pan and give a stay time for cool down. Add pectin powder in a pan and mixing well add red color in jam.
cool & fill in jars
Cool the jam and fill in glass jars & serve.
Your jam is ready.
