Home made wafer candies

Products:

500 g wafers with vanilla cream
2 teaspoons of soluble coffee
2 tablespoons of cognac
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Preparation:

Break the waffles and put them in a kitchen blender. Add the remaining ingredients to them by pre-solving the coffee in the cognac. Everything should be bold to get a homogeneous mixture. If it is too dry, add some butter or fresh milk. Balls are then formed and placed in a suitable dish. The candy should be cooled for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Before serving, roll each ball into broken wafers, nuts, coconut, and more.
