The miracle drink of the morning - homemade -

This healthy drink is to drink in the morning, before your breakfast.

Don't take it every day but about three to four times a week.

Very quickly, it will give you energy and improve your health.

Recipe:

Simply cut a lemon in half.

Squeeze juice from one of the two halves.

Mix a teaspoon of honey in the juice

Pour a little fresh water over the lemon juice (9 volumes of water are required for a volume of lemon)

If you want, you can add one or two mint leaves.

Actaully, I am trying to drink a lemon water for my healthy life. Adding a teaspoon of honey seems to be very nice :)
