I have actually never seen this kind of filled bread, but it really makes me drool sweetheart!! Amazing work, as always!!

    It was a play on "Beef Wellington" obviously no beef was added but I had it as a kid as a luxury meal because it takes a while to prepare :) I think it's exciting to make it vegan! Have you ever seen the meat wrapped in bread? It's like that.
