I want to present you with a rich and easy recipe, it is a sweet liquor bse drink.
To make 2 liters of this wonderful drink, we will need:
- A can of condensed milk
- Prepare 4 pudding
- 1/2 liter of white liquor
We add part of our pudding, condensed milk and white liquor to the blender.
And this same procedure is carried out until the quantity of the ingredients is completed. Later united, we try and we can add more white liquor according to our taste.
It is a sweet and dangerous drink, because for its rich flavor we take it without precaution and if we neglect it we end up drunk.
A little history
The chemist and Venezuelan perfumer Eliodoro González Poleo (Guarenas, 1871- Caracas, January 29, 1923) introduced it into the market, through his own company the Central Liquor Store. The first announcement of the Cream Punch that was created in 1900 and patented four years later, was published in the magazine El Cojo Ilustrado in 1905. Since then, four generations have held the factory of this drink and have kept the secret of the recipe that contains the exact proportions of the ingredients of the product, whose alcoholic strength is 14 GL. Ponche Crema caused a sensation at the San Luis World Fair in 1904, the first fair that brought together the inventions and novelties of the 20th century. Similarly, the English awarded him the "Grand Prix" in London. He was warmly received at the International Maritime Exhibition of Bordeaux and at the Food and Hygiene Hall in Paris.
For some years, due to its nutritional content, this product was the only alcoholic beverage allowed for children, but unlike today, it was given hot to counteract the cold.
