This time we will prepare a delicious "mango dish".

Mango is a fruit rich in high content of vitamins, to nourish our body.

For this recipe, use:

✔ 4 green mangoes
✔Sugar (amount needed)
✔ Vanilla essence to taste

First we place our handles without removing the shell to boil them in water, until they have a groove as indicated in the photo.

Let them rest until they are at room temperature. We began to remove the carapace and went through a sieve of fine holes to obtain the pulp. Once this procedure is finished, let's move on to the most important point.

We are going to weigh the pulp and according to the weight, that same amount we will need sugar. My pulp of the 4 mangoes weighed 350 grams, that is, I will need 350 grams of sugar. 🍚

Join our ingredients and begin to beat at high speed of the blender, until you get a whitish and firm mixture. (Approximately 15 minutes)

We add the vanilla, beat and place our delicacy in a glass bowl or refractory. We take the refrigerator for about 1 hour and that's it.

They will have a rich texture when cut, it is a delicious dessert and can be accompanied with toasted or soda biscuits.
