I watched a long video about sugar from a doctor on youtube, he showed how it has 12 of the 16 detrimental properties that alcohol has. The average person is inundated with sugar. Almost every breakfast cereal is loaded with it, fruit juices too, it will amaze you if you start to look at how many grams of sugar are on the packaged food you eat! Or you can get off of eating food from packages. As one very wise 90 year old put it, "if man made it, don't eat it!" That's a bit extreme but so are the health problems people are facing today..
