Brown Rice with BBQ TVP
Ingredients Used:
-Brown Rice
-TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
-Cucumber
-Tomato
-Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds
-Guacamole
-Hemp Seeds
-Korean BBQ Sauce
-Sauerkraut
At the gym today I did a leg workout (quads, hamstrings, and calves) and abs. No cardio today :)
Time I ate Meal: 6pm
Body Fat: 17.7%
