Smoothies are a go to for me. I have them all the time, they are delicious and also a great way to get in some greens early in the morning!!
Green Tropic Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
~3-4 leaves romaine lettuce
~1-2 cups fresh baby spinach
~2 cups frozen pineapple
~1 frozen banana
~1 cup frozen strawberries
~1 scoop vanilla protein powder
~2 - 2.5 cups water
Throw all these ingredients in a powerful blender(I use vitamix) and blend!
~TIP: If you don't have a stronger blender you can blend the greens with some of the water first so you don't get chunks of spinach in your shake! Then throw the rest of the ingredients in and continue to blend.
