Carrot Loaf
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a favourite treat that people will surely love. Carrot Loaf is basically just carrot cake in a different shape and without any frosting. As much as I love cream cheese frosting, I prefer loaves because you really get to taste the different spices blended into the cake. The taste of carrot feels like it's a different spice among the spices you incorporate into the cake such as ginger, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg and sweeteners such as brown sugar. Eating it without any additives, you get to appreciate how deep and how harmonic the flavor of the spices are and it gives off this warm feeling of comfort.
