Receta: Helado de Coco Casero.
Hello friends, Welcome to my Kitchen with my favorite recipes, in this opportunity I am going to present you a delicious recipe, I know that you will love all the lovers of coconut and also lovers of ice cream, nothing more and nothing less this recipe is a rich COCONUT ICE CREAM.
- The recipe need.
1 can of condensed milk.
1 can of evaporated milk.
1 can of coconut cream.
1 Liter of milk.
4 tsp of Maicena.
1 Coconut.
2 tsp of Vanilla.
Optional: Grated Coconut.
Let's start.
We are going to peel the coconut that is very clean, without a shell, and cut it into small squares.
We liquefy the milk with the pieces of coconut and we strain it, we reserve the coconut that remains of residue.
Put the previous mixture in a large pot and cook over medium heat, when it starts to boil add the cornstarch dissolved in a little milk (or water).
We beat the mixture constantly so it does not stick or burn.
We add the vanilla, we continue beating.
We add the condensed milk, the evaporated milk and beat constantly.
Now we add the coconut residue that we previously sowed, if they wish they optionally place a bit of grated coconut, and we continue beating.
- We remove it from the heat, let it cool down to room temperature, when it gets cold we strain it into a large cup and cover it with aluminum foil.
- We take mixture to the freezer for 3 hours or more.
- Then we take it out and move it with a spoon.
- Beat with an electric mixer until it is creamy.
- Again we take the mixture to the freezer and leave it for 1 hour or as long as you wish.
