Discovering new passion this QUARANTINE!

It’s been a while since I posted in this account and I am hoping to regularly be back on the loop and find new interesting things about people and this so called new normal we are living and coping up with.

In the past months or years I should say, I have been very passionate about health and trying to be fit (hopefully). That in itself made me more enthusiastic in cooking and preparing easy recipes that I can get to enjoy despite the fact that I did have to say goodbye to those INSTANT or QUICK meals that all of us can’t get a hold of ourselves, to name a few, ugggh Burger, Fries, Milk Tea, Pizza and a lot more (though, once in a while I still convince myself that it’s fine to try them).

I will be featuring as well home grown cuisines that my Mom is really such an EXPERT and cooks such dishes on point! Obviously I AM A BIG FAN!

Here’s a dish that came out unexpectedly, she has cooked mixed veggies (locally known as Pinakbet) and Chicken Liver Adobo (sauced/marinated with soy sauce).

I have plated it, putting both dishes on a single plate and I was surprised and extremely satisfied to how flavorful it has turned out!
