A special bread for your breakfasts with your loved ones or friends π
Ingredients and quantity
A Dry part
3 cups of buckwheat flour (alternatively you can mix 3 different flours: millet, buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa ... prepare the flour is really simple: pour a cup of the flour selected in a blender and mix to make it into powder );
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
B Liquid part
5 bananas
1/2 cup of vegetable milk of your choice
1/2 cup coconut oil (or cold-pressed sunflower oil)
1/2 cup of dates or dried apricots
1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla powder
C Internal
1 cup of walnuts
D Decoration
1 banana
Preparation
Turn on the oven and bring it to 170 Β°;
Butter two plumcake molds with coconut oil;
- Mix the dry ingredients;
- In a blender pour all the ingredients of part B and blend until obtaining a homogeneous mixture;
- Pour the mixture B onto compound A and mix well;
- Pour the walnuts into small pieces and mix well;
- Pour the mixture uniformly dividing it into the two plumcake molds;
- Cut the banana lengthwise and place it on the dough.
- Bake at 170 degrees (340 F) for 45-55 minutes
Serve in slices with peanut butter or other vegetable butters, jam, fresh fruit to taste, avocado, seeds.
