Bread in the box

A simple, quick and tasty recipe with a hint of irony.
This Sandwich is ideal to always carry a nutritious and tasty meal with you.

Ingredients and quantity
2 slices of wholemeal or multi-grain sandwich bread
1 vegetable burger
4 slices of avocado
1/2 cup of sauerkraut
2 tablespoons of tofu cream
2 tablespoons of sunflower seed butter
2 slices of gherkins
some slices of lettuce

Preparation

  1. Butter the two slices of bread with the butter;
  2. Lay down some slices of lettuce;
  3. Arrange the avocado slices and the vegetable burger;
  4. Lay down some slices of lettuce;
  5. Arrange the sauerkraut and the gherkins on the surface of the burger;
  6. Complete with tofu and smoked paprika cream;
  7. Place the first slice of bread on the second and press to even out the filling.
