today I was at home, so I decided to prepare a particular lunch, follow this simple recipe to make a nice figure without too much effort ;)
Cut the onion and put it in a pan with hot oil for a few minutes (without burning it) like this:
Cut the peppers in slices of the same size (more or less) and do the same with the carrots:
when it begins to dry, add a pinch of salt and pour red wine, stirring slowly, add the tomatoes, cutted into cubes, and let it cook on a slow fire for about 5 minutes. When the peppers become soft, pour the contents of the pan into the blender, and whip until you get a kind of cream. at this point, cut the speck in small pieces, give a slice to your beautiful helper who will tell you if the speck is good or not:
yes our speck is good ;) so we can now put it into the frying pan until it becomes crunchy, and then pour the contents of the blender into the pan with speck and add the parsley, you should get something like this:
now turn off the fire, let it rest and prepare the Pasta, if you already know the exact way to do Pasta, you can skeep this paragraph:
. Fill half a pot with water and put it on the fire
. WAIT UNTIL IT BOILS!!!!!!!!!
. Throw a pinch of salt
. Put your Pasta in THE BOILING water
. Wait until it is cooked stirring occasionally
Ok now, once your pasta is ready, throw it in the pan with the sauce we made, warm up a few minutes stirring constantly and your dinner is served ;)
Enjoy your meal my friends, and Happy Steeming!!!!!!!
I need some of that
try to do it, you will not regret it;)
