Composition:
Pork – 700 g.
Mushrooms – 150 gr.
Broccoli – 200 gr.
Onion – 1 PC.
Carrots (big) – 1 PC.
Garlic – 2 cloves.
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Pork tenderloin cut into medium-sized pieces, salt, pepper, add one clove crushed garlic, leave for 40 minutes. Then fry on high heat in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
2. Mushrooms clean. Finely chop.
3. Onions cleaned, cut into half rings.
4. Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences in a pot, boil water, slightly potseluem added to boiling water with broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Carrots cleaned, RUB on a coarse grater.
6. Add to the pork onion, carrot, and a second minced garlic clove, stir fry for 7 minutes.
7. Add soy and tomato sauce, stir, reduce fire, simmer under a lid for 25 minutes.
8. Add broccoli, simmer for another 5 minutes .
9. The dish is ready.
