Composition:
Lentils – 100 gr.
Potatoes – 2 PCs.
Carrot – 1 PC.
Onion – 1 PC.
Tomato – 1 PC.
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. The lentils, wash thoroughly.
2. Potatoes finely chop and fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
3. Add the lentils and some water, simmer on low heat for 10 more minutes.
4. Carrots cleaned, cut into thin slices.
5. Onions finely chop.
6. Fry the onion and the carrots in a separate pan in butter until Golden brown onions.
7. Tomato pour the boiling water, remove the peel, finely chop.
8. Add the tomatoes to the onions and carrots simmer for 5-7 minutes.
9. Add the vegetables to the potatoes and the lentils, salt pepper, add tomato sauce and some water. Simmer until the lentils are tender.
10. The dish is ready.
