Good morning, friends! Today I want to show you a very delicious recipe for buns with cinnamon. I really love buns with cinnamon and I think it's a great way to spend a nice time with a mug of tea, enjoying the taste of buns.
I like to make dough and stuffing. Cinnamon is a terrific filling for buns, it gives the buns a wonderful taste and aroma that impregnates all the dough.
All you need is to properly prepare the dough, mix the filling and combine these ingredients together to form a beautiful buns.
I decided to combine the buns together in one large mold and it turned out an interesting pie that turns into individual buns, you just need to tear off a piece of cake and you'll see a bun :).
Now you just have to brew some fresh tea and try some buns.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of milk
50 g of softened butter
400 g of flour
2 teaspoons of yeast
4 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp. spoons of water
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. a spoonful of ground cinnamon
100 g of butter
Preparation:
Heat the milk in a small saucepan until it begins to boil, and then remove the milk from the stove. Add the butter and mix everything.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water, egg and milk mixture and mix again. Add the remaining flour, in 1/2 cup portions, stirring well after each serving. At the moment when the mixture turns into a dough, place it on a lightly floured surface and knead until it becomes elastic, about 5 minutes. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let stand for 10 minutes.
Then in a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and softened butter
Roll the dough into a rectangle. Lubricate the dough with a mixture of cinnamon. Form a roll from the dough.
Cut the roll into 8 identical buns and place in a round shape, which is smeared with butter. Cover the buns with a kitchen towel and let stand until the buns are doubled, for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Bake buns in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Be sure to try the buns while they are still warm.
