Very true! We are what we eat also what we don't eat. I think there are 3 kinds of food group, first group is fruits and nuts where we don't need to cook and can eat it right away. The 2nd group are plant based cook food, it needs a bit of cooking in order for digestion. Things like potato, and yam, it's difficult to eat it raw. Finally, animal products, meat, fish, dairy and eggs. As we move further away from equator, meat products become necessary because fruits and even plants don't grow there. Traditionally, fruits and nuts are our most ideal diet. Animal products are the worst. Our food also determine our microbiom in our guts. And latest scientific research prove our microbiome can determine our brain function. Do you supplement with milk, dairy or eggs? or 100% vegan?

Sorry, the Vegan in me is going crazy. Every egg you eat, male chicks got murdered. And the eggs laying hen, soon get slaughter. Also, all commercial eggs are not really healthy. What's your reason for not going 100% vegan? Are you still into the protein myth?
