[Apple-shape Tamagoyaki]
Sick of normal, plain tamagoyaki? Tada, here is the new tamagoyaki recipe: apple shape tamagoyaki. Just simply adds imitation crabmeat, then you can find cute apple in the middle. Cute apple shape tamagoyaki with crab flavor, I'm sure that everyone will like it.
Ingredients
2 tamagoyaki rolls
4 eggs
2 imitation crabmeat
Some vegetable oil
1 pinch black sesame
Some daikon radish sprouts
Egg Mixture
5 tablespoons dashima broth
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
STEP 1) Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk them enough to make egg mixture
STEP 2) Heat a pan and oil it. Pour a scoop of egg mixture in the pan and place a stack of imitation crabmeat to the top side of the pan.
STEP 3) Cook it until half done and roll the egg toward the bottom side, covering the imitation crabmeat.
STEP 4) Pour one more scoop of egg mixture in the space and roll them 3~4 more times
STEP 5) When tamagoyaki becomes thick enough, wrap it over with bamboo rolling mat and shape it round. Cut tamagoyaki into many pieces, transfer to a plate and decorate them like an apple with some black sesame and daikon radish sprouts.
