I did a healthy breakfast for me and my girl. Just wanted to share with you guys!
Chopping some fruits.
Yoghurt and fruits.
Cereals and Banana and Oat-Milk.
Chia seeds, fruits and lein seeds. Done!

This looks like an awesome, nutritious way to start the day!
Other healthy breakfast components are fiber (aim for at least 5 grams of fiber), using soy milk instead of regular cows mile with cereal, green tea with breakfast, a few cups of unsweetened orange juice, some sliced strawberries or other fruits three times a week and nice and natural organic eggs!
