I LOVE Ginger. I drink Ginger Tea every morning! The only hard part is the tofu. I am trying to cut a lot of meat out of my diet and just eat vegetable dishes. @wikawee
I normally use tofu, beans and mushroom to replace meat in every meals I cook. I don't really like the soft tofu so I mostly cut them into small pieces and fried them first so they get harder ...LoL...
