配料:
fresh pork chop 排骨一斤切断
a bit of white sugar 白糖
table salt 盐
chinese vinegar 醋
chinese cooking wine 料酒
soy sauce 酱油
chinese onion 大葱,不是香葱(小葱)
direction:
做法:
- fresh and chopped pork-chop
1.排骨切断 - clean in tap-water
2.用清水将排骨洗净
3.deep-fry for a few minutes
3.用油炸一会儿 - get out the pork chop after they turn brown in oil
4.排骨炸至棕色将排骨捞出来
5.stir the pork-chop with other spices
5.与其它调味料一起翻炒 - put salt, sugar,vinegar....and stir
6.放盐,糖,醋,然后继续翻炒 - stir until being dry
7.收汁儿
