Kababs are not usually considered healthy food bit made the right way they can be tastey addition to any diet plan.

Ingredients:
6 chicken Breasts - sliced thinly horizontal
Greek yougart 500g low fat or full
Salt & Pepper
Smoked Paprika 2 tablspoons
Garlic powder/ or few cloves minced
Ginger powdered /or a finger grated
Lemon juice
1 x onion and skewers
Optional chilli powder or fresh.
Method:
Mix yougart, half the juice of a lemon and zest, and spices and seasonings and add chicken mix well and allow to marinade for 1 hour at least . Pref 2-4hours.
Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
Cut onion in half and place in the centre of a baking tray and insert 2 skewers into the center.
Stack the chicken slithers one on top of the other compacting as much as possible. Top woth the other half of the onion or lemon and drizzle with olive oil for extra flavour.
Place into preheated oven for 60 mins turning every 20 mins.
Slice and serve with a simple salad , pita bread and yougart or chilli sauce. Greek yougart
